Enamora Limited Lifetime Warranty

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, email photos and a description to team@enamorajewelry.com and we'll let you know the next steps to have it inspected. If we determine the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair your piece at no cost to you. If we're unable to repair it, we'll replace it with a similar piece or issue merchandise credit, at our discretion. If we determine the damage isn't due to a manufacturing defect, we'll let you know and, where possible, let you know what repair options are available to you at your own cost.

This warranty applies for as long as you own your piece and does not cover:

• Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds or gemstones
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear, or exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors
• Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
• Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable maintenance, as outlined in our care instructions
• Variations in materials, color, and other natural characteristics
